The application process takes a few weeks (and rushing the process can be quite costly) so we recommend that you apply for your passport NOW. Click here to apply via the U.S. Passport Agency.

Yes, but conference registration is limited to persons 18 & older, and there are no cabin discount rates for children except as a 3rd person in a double/balcony (E2) room (add $450 surcharge to the above 2-person rates). If you bring a child/children, consider taking advantage of Royal Caribbean's "Adventure Ocean" program, where kids 17 & under are monitored and presented with plenty of age-appropriate activities from which to choose.
Not covered in our cruise/conference rates are:

We recommend that you book air reservations IMMEDIATELY to secure the best rate (may we recommend travel agent Lynn Hendrick, Carlson Wagonlit Avenue Travel Services, 202 East Del Ray Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia 22301, (703) 548-5554 extension 11; (703) 548-5566 fax; (888) 548-5554 toll free). Or if you prefer to make your own reservations online, a few of the most popular online booking options include expedia.com and priceline.com). We also recommend that if you are flying to Miami, you take a taxi (round-trip cab fare is roughly $30, which can be shared if others travel with you). Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to board the ship (boarding begins at noon; the ship will sail (with or without you) at 4:30 pm sharp. The earlier you board the ship, the more time you'll have to take advantage of all the great amenities onboard!
Alcoholic beverages, room service gratuities, some onboard ship activities (such as spa treatments), specialty restaurant dining (rather than included dining room or room service food excluding room service gratuity), any/all excursions off-ship are NOT covered in the registration fee.
